Qzain ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our platform, why we collect it, how we protect it, and the choices you have. By using Qzain, you agree to the practices described here.

• Account data: username, email address, password (stored hashed, never in plain text), country and a unique referral/account ID.
• Activity data: coin balance, completed surveys, quizzes and tasks, referral relationships and full transaction history.
• Payment data: bank name, account number and account name you provide for withdrawals, plus withdrawal references and status.
• Device & usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and approximate location, used for security and analytics.

2. How we use your information

We use your data to:

• Create and maintain your account and authenticate you securely.
• Credit coins, process withdrawals and keep an accurate transaction ledger.
• Detect fraud, abuse and multiple-account abuse, and enforce our rules.
