Welcome to Qzain. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Qzain when you use the platform. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the platform. If you are under 18, you confirm you have your parent or guardian's permission. The platform is intended for users in Nigeria; availability of features may vary by region.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You may not create more than one personal account, or share an account.
• You must provide accurate information, including valid bank details for payouts.

3. Earning coins

You may earn coins by completing surveys, quizzes and tasks, referring friends, and through any promotional or signup bonuses the platform enables. Coins are a loyalty incentive within the platform and:

• Are converted through an approved withdrawal.
• Are granted at our sole discretion; availability depends on published surveys, quizzes and tasks.

We do not guarantee that any specific amount of coins can be earned.

4. Coin valuation & withdrawals

• Withdrawals are subject to eligibility rules set by the platform (minimum coins, qualified referrals, account age), which may change.
• The coin-to-Naira rate is determined by the platform and may be updated at any time.
• Withdrawals are reviewed before approval. If a withdrawal is rejected, we may include a reason and, at our discretion, refund the coins to your balance.
• Approved payouts are sent to the bank details you provide; you are responsible for their accuracy.

5. Prohibited activity

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, emulators or any automated means to earn coins.
• Create multiple accounts, impersonate others, or falsify information.
• Attempt to cheat, exploit bugs, or circumvent eligibility or security controls.
• Use the platform for unlawful, abusive or fraudulent purposes.

6. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, forfeit coins, or withhold payouts if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or for any other reason at our discretion. You may close your account at any time; pending or ineligible withdrawals may be cancelled.

7. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, logos and software on the platform are owned by Qzain or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reuse any part without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qzain is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for the inability to earn or withdraw coins due to factors outside our reasonable control.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts. For data-protection matters, the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) applies.
